Land O' Lakes is located on 5 rolling acres in Hollywood, Southern Maryland. We are 60 minutes from Washington D.C., 90 minutes from Baltimore, and 40 minutes from Dahlgren, Virginia.

With over 28 years experience, our dogs are carefully raised from breeding that has been thoroughly researched for sound temperaments and for heredity diseases and conditions.

We are proud to have our German Shepherds participating in Search & Rescue, Police work, sheepherding, & tracking, and as family companions & guardians. All of our German Shepherds are directly German, and most are imported from Germany. Our Golden Retrievers are performing in obedience competitions, hunting, dog shows, and as wonderful family companions.
